Very clean and well presented. This isn't the latest format but the decorations etc were in good condition. Excellent service, particularly in the restaurant. This was a great example of what campanile does well. I stayed at a nearby campanile in Thiers and virtually the same price but Vichy was much better value for the care taken.

The host was extremely courteous and accommodating. The on-site restaurant was excellent and well-priced. The room was extremely comfortable and had all necessary facilities.

a double bed for a single person, that is always welcome ! the room was good for one person and even had a bath, which i find to be also a plus one

Property has kind of a motel atmosphere. In a double story building, all rooms are in located a row, one by one, one like the other. Rooms are appropriately equipped with all what is needed for a one-night stay. Breakfast, however, is stunningly diverse.
